Lee RoseNTHAL | CEO
This is Lee’s 35th year at Depeche Co. He has worked to grow and expand the company to the amazing workplace it is today - a design and consulting agency for brands seeking to outsource creative design & development to our experts and industry talent. He has a unique ability to bring both artists and professionals alike together to form cohesive and memorable brands and experiences.
Aside from being Depeche’s visionary leader and team spirit, Lee finds the time to enjoy motorcycling all over the country, playing tennis, and spending time with his beautiful daughters and close friends.
Ruth ann Stanley | EVP
Sewing and sketching from an early age, Ruth Ann’s career as a fashion designer has been a fulfillment of her childhood dream. Starting at Butterick and Vogue Pattern Company, she has spent almost the last 30 years working on private label, most of those years at Depeche. Ruth Ann enjoys the relationships she’s built with her clients, getting to know them, their business needs and working with her talented creative team to offer a fresh and inspired design perspective to complete their collections. She has worked with a wide variety of specialty stores including; White House Black Market, Intermix, Ann Taylor, Loft, Banana Republic, The Limited, Talbots, Cold Water Creek and Lands End.
In off hours Ruth Ann loves being out in nature, adventurous outdoor activities, designing and working on her garden, reading literature and traveling.
Lana Shuster | Director of technical design
Lana has always had a passion for working in the fashion industry from a young age. She has been with the company for 10+ years where she has applied her multi-faceted and innovative skillset. The wide variety of brands she has worked with include: White House Black Market, Loft, Ann Taylor, Chico’s, Lands’ End, Anthropologie, Coldwater Creek, Talbots, and Harold’s.
Outside of work, Lana enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Marusa Cibic | Designer
Marusa approaches each design project with an equal emphasis on creativity, cost effectiveness, and technical engineering. With over 5 years of experience at Depeche, Marusa has worked with White House Black Market, Ann Taylor, Loft and Chicos teams. She supports her accounts with design research, sketch presentations, and fabric development. Marusa is also well versed in multiple computer software programs.
A native of Slovenia, Marusa attended The University of Ljubljana. She is also a devoted sport and wellness enthusiast, enjoys creating healthy desserts and active travel adventures!
CHRISTINA SANTOS | SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Christina has been with the company for only three years but has already made a huge impact as one of our Senior account managers. Christina connects the dots between our in house design, our clients and our suppliers.
Outside of the office, Christina enjoys spending time with her family and friends, she loves to cook, bake and shop!
Inna Pak | Senior technical designer
Inna is a highly skilled pattern maker and technical designer with over 25 years of experience working in the fashion industry in the US. She started her career at an atelier (tailoring) shop in Ukraine, making custom patterns and sewed garments. She has extensive knowledge of production and manufacturing, and specializes in woman’s tailored garments, dresses, jackets, bottoms, knitwear and sweaters (including plus and maternity sizes). Some of the brands Inna has worked on include, White House Black Market, Chico’s, Boston Proper, Saks Off Fifth, Anthropologie, INC, JCP, New York & Co, and Pea in The Pod. Inna graduated from FIT majoring in pattern making technology.
After work, Inna enjoys spending time with her family and her baby grandson, traveling and reading.
Maria Sidow | cfo
Maria is our Chief Financial Officer and go to person for all of our financial needs, she also handles our HR department. Maria has been with the Depeche company for 31 years and is one of the most trusted and respected members of our company.
She enjoys gardening, cooking, which we have all been fortunate enough to have tasted and loves being with her children and husband during her free time.
Cynthia Herring | receptionist
For the past 27 years, Cynthia has been an essential part of Depeche; as office manager and receptionist, she works to keep the office organized and running smoothly. She first started as a file clerk in the shipping department and then was quickly promoted to receptionist, among other office managing and accounting responsibilities.
On leisure time, Cynthia enjoys reading, night time walks and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She feels Depeche has truly been a family and a great company to work for.
